4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features including financial modeling, AI advisor, pitch deck generation, and document toolkit. Pro access is granted after successful payment processing through Stripe.

5. Payment Terms

Pro plan pricing is displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
The Pro upgrade is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used Pro features

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the business ideas and data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating analyses. AI-generated outputs (reports, projections, documents) are provided for your use, but we make no claims of exclusivity — similar analyses may be generated for other users with similar inputs.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
